 Approval for Procurement of One Laptop for Office use in KVs. Kendriya Vidyalay Sangathan give approval for procurement of one Laptop for Office use in each KVs vide letter fno. 11-EDPOLPTP/1/2021-EDP Section-party(1)970-998 dated:- 05-08-2022. In this Letter The competent authority has approved provision of one laptop for each KV for office use. The laptop may be procured out of Computer head of VVN fund exclusively for use for official work/purposes by following Meity's specifications through GeM. The laptop must be kept recorded in stock register as a property of KV and not to be allotted to any individual's name. The school authority will ensure safety and security as well as security of data/information recorded in the Laptop  The laptop may be procured at KV level through GeM by following the procedures laid out in the GFR and technical specification of Laptop as per guidelines of Meity (copy enclosed).  Ledger Printing From Tally Here is some steps are given for Printing of All Ledger with Index from Tally. Please follow these steps. Open your company in Tally. You can see "Gateway of Tally" In Gateway of Tally go to "Multi Account Printing" In Printing Menu Go to "Accounts Books" In Accounts Book Go to "Ledger" In Ledger Go to "All Accounts" After Enter in All Accounts a Printing Ledger Dialog box Open Press "Backspace" to reach From for "Date" You can enter the date from where you want to print the Ledger. Press Enter for "To"  You can enter the date till where you want to print the Ledger. You Can change Format to "Detailed" from "Condensed" Put "Yes" on Show Narration. Now do Print after leaving everything else unchanged. Special Note: Try to do print of a complete session at a time.  If any query please mention in comment box.

TRANSFER GUIDELINE 2018 FOR TEACHERS UPTO PGTs & OTHERS UPTO ASSISTANT SECTION SFFICER. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan shall strive to maintain equitable distribution of its employees across all locations to ensure efficient functioning of the organization and optimize job satisfaction amongst employees. All employees are liable to be transferred anywhere in India at any point of time and transfer to a desired location can't be claimed as a matter of right. While effecting transfers the organizational interest shall be given uppermost consideration and that the problems and constraints of employee shall remain subservient. The guidelines shall be applicable to all categories of Teachers upto PGTs, Librarian, Head Master, and all non-teaching employees upto Assistant Section Officer. Transfer shall be effected in the light of provisions contained in clauses 5,6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the guidelines, wherein criteria on the basis of assigning appropriate points to relevant factors

 Kendriya Vidyalay Sangthan Announce DA Arrear to their Employee  as per DOPT Letter dated 03-10-2022  vide letter F.110239/51/2022/Budget/KVS (HQ) dated: 06.10.2022 as bonus of Diwali. Arrear can be pay before Diwali as bonus of Diwali. Earlier January DA announce before Holi and Employee get their arrear during the Holi period. Bonus stop in KVS since 2015. Kendriya Vidaylaya Sangathan issued a letter to all Region regarding Clarification t of transfer benefits to the employees who are transferred to Hard/NER station on their own request vide letter no. F.11-E-11046/5/2022-Estt-II-1913-1937 dated 06-10-2022. In this regard, it is hereby clarified that in accordance with SR-114 and para 8 of KVS Transfer Guidelines 2021 :- "1. All the employees who are transferred to Hard/NER station either on their own request or on administrative ground/public interest are entitled for Transfer Benefits. 2. All the employees who are transferred from Hard/NER station on their own request on completion of prescribed tenure are entitled for Transfer Benefits." Click Here for more detail and Circular

 Kendriya Vidyalya Sangathan has announced Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme in respect of Group A and B officers having initial Grade pay 4600/-(Level- 7) and above at par with Central Government Civilian Employees.                                Govt. of India, vide DOP&T O.M. No. 35034/3/2008-Est (D) dated 19* May 2009. introduced Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme for granting three financial upgradation at intervals of 10, 20 and 30 years of continuous regular service for civilian Central Govt. Employees. KVS, Office Memorandum: No. F. ¡i020-!6/2009-KVS (HQ; (Admn.I) dated 09.02.2011, 15.02.2011 and 25.02.201 1, has extended the benefits of MACP to all its employees except the teaching staff.
