Clarification regarding grant of transfer benefits to the employees who are transferred to Hard/NER station on their own request.

Kendriya Vidaylaya Sangathan issued a letter to all Region regarding Clarification t of transfer benefits to the employees who are transferred to Hard/NER station on their own request vide letter no. F.11-E-11046/5/2022-Estt-II-1913-1937 dated 06-10-2022.

In this regard, it is hereby clarified that in accordance with SR-114 and para 8 of KVS Transfer Guidelines 2021 :-

"1. All the employees who are transferred to Hard/NER station either on their own request or on administrative ground/public interest are entitled for Transfer Benefits.

2. All the employees who are transferred from Hard/NER station on their own request on completion of prescribed tenure are entitled for Transfer Benefits."
