UNAVAILED JOINING TIME TO BE CREDITED TO THE EL (Earned Leave) According to Central Civil Services (Joining Time) Rules, 1979 para 15 The period of unutilized joining time will be credited to Earned Leave account and shall be regulated in terms of the provisions of sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 26 of the Central Civil Service (Leave) Rules, 1972. स्थानांतरण लाभ : क्या करे क्या न करे और क्या है संबधित नियम । Rules for Transfer Benefits.

स्थानांतरण लाभ से संबन्धित नियम एवं जानकारीयां,  क्या करें क्या न करें । केन्द्रीय विद्यालया संगठन मे वार्षिक स्थानांतरण प्रक्रिया प्रत्येक वर्ष सम्पन्न होती है, जिसमे कई आधार पर स्थानांतरण लाभ की भी सुविधा दी गई । आइये जानते है स्थानांतरण लाभ लेने के  लिए (यदि आप हकदार है तो ) क्या क्या नियम हैं एवं  किन किन नियमों एवं तथ्यों को ध्यान मे रखना आवश्यक हैं। 1) स्थानांतरण लाभ लेने हेतु आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ की सूची :  स्थानांतरण लाभ लेने हेतु नीचे दिये गए दस्तावेज़ संलग्न करना आवश्यक हैं :  ●ट्रांसफर आर्डर  ●रिलीविंग ऑर्डर  ●जॉइनिंग रिपोर्ट  ●लास्ट पे सर्टिफिकेट/ LPC ●यदि परिवार भी साथ में आ रहा हो तो हो सके तो डिपेंडेंसी सर्टिफिकेट परिवार के सदस्यों का अवश्य ले जाएं । ●फ्लाइट के टिकट एवं बोर्डिंग पास, ट्रेन अथवा बस का टिकट । ●व्यक्तिगत सामान ले जाने वाले ट्रक का रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर RC, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, समान का वजन(6000 KG जरूर मेंशन करे) सामानों की सूची , ट्रांसपोर्ट कंपनी का रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर, ओरिजिनल बिल, दूरी का प्रमाण पत्र ,NEFT, RTGS  IMPS के द्वारा पेमेंट का प्रूफ। पेमेंट भुगतान की प्रति ।

Central Civil Service (Joining Time) Rules 1979, Updated Circular dated : 12-09-2022

Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Department of Personnel & Training issue updated circular for Central Civil Services (Joining Time) Rules, 1979 on dated 12-09-2022. Joining time is granted to a Government Servant when transferred to the control of another Government or organization in public interest. In Cases of involving transfer from one station to another and also involving change of residences, the Government Servant shall be allowed joining time with reference to the distance between the old headquarters and the new headquarters by direct route and ordinary mode(s) of travel as indicated in the attached circular.     In this Circular special provisions have been made to facilitate journey to and from remote localities during transfer.
