Applicability of Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 to all NPS Subscriber to all educational institutions under the Ministry of Education.  Government of India, Ministry of Education, Department of Higher Education Technical Coordination Section New Delhi issued Office Memorandum F. No. 15-2/2022-TC regarding Applicability of Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 to all educational institutions under the Ministry of Education.
