UNAVAILED JOINING TIME TO BE CREDITED TO THE EL (Earned Leave) According to Central Civil Services (Joining Time) Rules, 1979 para 15 The period of unutilized joining time will be credited to Earned Leave account and shall be regulated in terms of the provisions of sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 26 of the Central Civil Service (Leave) Rules, 1972.
